Authors willing to present their work at ISWCS 2011 must submit their manuscript electronically through the EDAS website following the guidelines given below.

Paper Requirements

Submitted papers must present previously unpublished research. The manuscript should be of sufficient detail to permit reasonable evaluation by experts in the field. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by the IEEE and will be included in IEEE Xplore digital library. All submissions must be written in English. Initial as well as final papers will be limited to a length of 5 pages in standard IEEE two-column conference format. The work should contain a concise presentation of the main contribution, its relevance, and its relation to prior work. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed for their quality, correctness, originality, and relevance.

The manuscript submission deadline is May 30, 2011 June 14, 2011, at midnight EDT (New York, USA), with notification of acceptance by August 1, 2011. Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE conference specifications in A4 format. Submissions must be in PDF format with all fonts embedded. LaTeX and MS-Word templates can be found here. The maximum file size is limited to 5MB.

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. An author of an accepted paper is required to register at full rate for the conference prior to September 12, 2011, the deadline for the camera-ready paper submission. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration can cover up to two papers. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Additionally, any paper included in the conference program, but not being presented at the conference according to the published schedule will not appear in the official proceedings in IEEE Xplore.

Important note: Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to other conferences at the same time. See:
